Do you love nature and tranquility? We welcome you to a 25 m² air-conditioned wooden chalet with a 12 m² covered terrace. The chalet is located 5 km from Mareuil en Périgord, 25 km from Brantôme en Périgord, and 35 km from Angoulême and its TGV station. The accommodation offers a mezzanine bedroom (140x190 cm bed made on arrival), a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and a WC separated by a partition. The living room features a TV, sofa, cabinet with dishes, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, and kettle. A summer kitchen with a 2-burner electric hob, sink, and refrigerator is set up on the covered terrace. A barbecue is also available. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. You can enjoy a large shaded, flower-filled garden with trees, as well as access to the heated pool shared with the owners (9 x 4 m, depth 1.10 to 1.70 m). Located in the Périgord-Limousin Regional Natural Park, you have access to 250 km of marked hiking trails to explore the Périgord Vert, its villages, castles, local heritage, and natural spaces.
